Prices
Our prices vary according to the season.
From 45€ per night for a cottage in the winter to 130€ per night in the summer.

The main house is priced differently.
​
There is a minimum stay of 3 nights, unless we have 2 nights available.
Single night stays are not available.
Check In & Check Out
Check in time is from 16h. You are welcome to arrive earlier and check in your luggage, meanwhile you can enjoy a delicious lunch in the market village of Olhao, 10 minutes by car.

Check out time is at 10hr.
Deposits & Cancellations
We kindly ask for a deposit to secure the booking. We will discuss the amount directly with you upon booking.

All bookings are made on a non-cancellation basis and all payments are non-refundable.
